MINDFUL OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE:
- We suggest downloading this meditation, putting your phone on airport mode, and making sure that you can be hands-free. 
- Take yourself outside, ideally somewhere you can feel comfortable and safe both walking and sitting quietly.
