In a world where we spend so much time on screens and are continually bombarded with information, it’s easier than ever to get stuck in our heads and lose touch with our bodies, our surroundings, and the life unfolding right in front of us.

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our attention to what’s happening in the present moment with openness and curiosity. It helps us step out of autopilot, become more aware of our thoughts and emotions, and meet our lives with greater calm, clarity, and presence.

Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness, want to jump-start or reinvigorate your practice, or simply want to make 2027 a year of greater presence and peace, join us for this one-hour experiential workshop led by mindfulness teacher, psychotherapist, and qigong instructor Katie Dutcher, AMFT.

During this workshop, Katie will share:

  • A wide variety of mindfulness techniques, including breathing practices, mindful movement, meditation, and guided reflection.

  • Tools for reconnecting with your body and what’s happening right now when your mind feels scattered or overwhelmed.

  • Simple tips for bringing mindfulness into your everyday life—even when you’re busy or stressed.
