Pause: Embody Spaciousness
I made a very important discovery in my personal healing journey years ago: that I don’t need to try to contain my intense emotions within the confines of my own being. I can feel them, breathe and exhale deeply, and let those emotions expand, dilute, and dissolve into the infinite universe. This approach—which I always try to remember, but often forget—relieves internal pressure, lightens my burden, and lessens feelings of overwhelm.
Today’s two-minute micro-meditation—“Spaciousness of Sky”—gently invites us to settle down, breathe, and feel the sky’s calm vastness not just above us, but also within us. Even a few moments of opening to the timeless, vastness of the sky can shift our perspective and remind us that we don’t have to hold everything so tightly. Connected to the vastness of sky, we know there’s room to exhale, release, and let go. Enjoy!
