Join us for an extra-special free workshop to experience the magic of qigong with internationally renowned qigong master, Lee Holden!
Developed thousands of years ago in China, qigong (pronounced “chee gong”) is the self-care branch of traditional Chinese medicine that uses gentle movements, conscious breathing, self-massage, sound, and visualization to calm our nervous system, quiet our mind, increase our vitality, and help us feel a direct connection to the life force energy of the universe.
Lee is a Chinese medical doctor and acupuncturist who has spent decades studying with top qigong masters around the world. A wise and expert teacher, Lee has been bringing the gift of qigong to the West for over 30 years, and has trained and certified more than 2,000 instructors. Lee makes qigong fun to learn and easy to incorporate into daily life.

During our session, Lee will explain how qigong works and why it’s so effective as he leads us through a 40-minute practice, culminating in a short meditation that will let you experience the powerful benefits of qigong for yourself.
Be prepared to move! Qigong is most often practiced standing up in comfortable clothes. No special equipment necessary. All you need for this workshop is to show up with an open mind and a little space to move freely.
